The KBBG Endowment Fund was established to provide ongoing income to support the continuing operations of the AFRO AMERICAN COMMUNITY BROADCASTING, INC., most commonly known as KBBG-FM 88.1 radio station. A Governing Committee nominated by the KBBG Board of Directors makes recommendations for the distribution of the income of the fund.

Examples of ways in which the income from the Fund may be used include:

• Marketing & development activities for the station
• Creating opportunities for enrichment activities/internships for students and/or teachers at the station
• Poroviding specialized staff training
• Keep station technology current
