To provide quality informational, cultural, and/or instructional broadcast services for the citizens of Waterloo, Cedar Falls, and Northeast Iowa, with emphasis on information concerning those issues and events, e.g., Health, Education, Welfare, Music, etc... that impact on Blacks and the disadvantaged. To provide the unique opportunity for Iowans to become more accurately informed about minority persons and share with them the rich artistic achievements of African-American culture.
